Core Moderation Rules

Essential guidelines for using the moderation system

When AutoMod Acts

  • • If AutoMod's action is correct → Click "Reviewed"
  • • If AutoMod's action is wrong → Take proper action, don't click "Reviewed"

When AutoMod is Unsure

  • • AutoMod hasn't acted or is unsure → You take proper action
  • • If everything is good & no action required then click "Reviewed" in this case

Available Actions

Understanding each moderation action and when to use them

Delete & Warn

Deletes the post/comment and sends a warning notification to the user. Use when content violates rules.

Reviewed

Mark as reviewed with no further action needed. Content stays, case is closed.

Flag to Admin

Triggers an email alert to all admins. Use when you need a second opinion or escalation.

Ban User

Permanent ban from the community. Reserved for repeat offenders and serious violations.

Shadow Ban

User can post but others can't see their content. Useful for handling trolls quietly.

Unshadow Ban

Restore a shadow-banned user back to normal status. Use when giving second chances.
